Tales From the Listingbook Training Trenches

OK, so you’ve heard it all before? There’s a great new application that will help transform your business. Yeah, Right!

This is the reaction I typically receive when I start teaching a training class about Listingbook. The beauty of Listingbook; however, it that it truly does help change the way an agent does business.

Working at Listingbook for the past two years, I have had the opportunity to travel the country and meet and train thousands of agents who had the same initial reaction as the one above. They were skeptical at first but willing to listen and learn. It gave me a real sense of satisfaction every time I saw the “light bulb” go off in their head, when the agent realized how Listingbook could actually help them improve their business.

One of my favorite stories occurred in Florida. I was leading a class of 100 agents, giving them an overview of Listingbook. In the middle of class, a student at the back of the room got up abruptly and walked outside. I didn’t think anything of it until my co-instructor, who had been outside of the classroom at the time, came up to me after class to tell me that the agent had left the room to call her office to tell them to come to training ASAP! As it turned out, the “student” was actually a broker of a local office, who came to find out about what Listingbook has to offer. After attending class, she wanted all of her agents to begin using Listingbook.

I have many more stories to tell about how agents and consumers all over the country love Listingbook! To find out more about Listingbook, and to see if it’s available in your area, go to www.listingbook.com.
