Testimonial From: The Set Fee Real Estate Blog

I ran into this company about a year ago and was blown away but what they are doing. I’m going to urge you to find out if your MLS has it and if it does, jump on it . . . with both feet!

Listingbook enables you to give real time MLS access to your buyers and sellers so that they can search the most accurate and up-to-date information available in the local market. The only way they get access is through the account you give them and they’re reminded of that fact every time they log in.

“I was paying way too much money for my last Web site, without any leads.” Sound familiar?

“I was paying way too much money for my last website without any leads. As an MLSLI participant, I was able to hook up with LISTINGBOOK. It gives me a free basic website which I was able to upgrade for a fraction of the price of my old website and now I get plenty of leads to keep my business growing. The best part is that my clients are also hooked. I can see them sign in most every day when they receive their daily Morning Reports which are branded with my name, picture and company logo. So now, they get all their real estate information in one place and remember me as the go-to agent to contact when their time is right. I love LISTINGBOOK-it saved my business!”

Listingbook in The Wall Street Journal’s SmartMoney

So, where did they do their research for this article? SmartMoney asked real estate industry professionals which lesser-known web sites and services home buyers should use to guide them through the bumpy real estate market.
