Listingbook’s coming to the Chicago real estate market

Our first entre into Illinois brings the Listingbook platform to Midwest Real Estate Data LLC (MRED) just after the holidays.

Walter Ohlson is the new Regional Sales Director in Chicago. He’ll be responsible for business development and building strategic alliances with MRED and its associations. Ohlson’s a 12-year industry veteran, previously working for franchises of Century 21 and ReMax (in Colorado).

MRED is comprised of 13 associations representing about 50,000 agents. The launch is scheduled for early January, but enterprising agents can jump in early and begin working with the system.
