5 Ways to Grow your Business with Listingbook in 5 Minutes or Less
The other night I was invited to take part in a local office’s Marketing Night. I love marketing so, of course, I went. Now, I wasn’t sure what kind of opportunity I would have to talk about Listingbook, but I did know that I could get with a couple of agents to give them some great tips.
Happily, I did get 5 minutes to speak to the group. What could I do in 5 minutes?
That got me thinking about Listingbook. With Listingbook you can do A LOT in 5 minutes!
Here are a few ideas:
- Use the new client / prospect manager to manage your Listingbook users. Have only your active clients in the “Client” section and scoot the others over to the “Prospect” section. This keeps your Morning Report manageable!
- Import all the contacts from your database using the new importer tool!
- Use the “Send Message” feature to ask all your Listingbook users to refer new people to Listingbook - and to you!
- Add a link to all your outgoing emails saying something like “FREE Tampa Bay MLS Search” or “Search the MLS Like An Agent.” Include a link to your Listingbook Website.
- Add a link to all of your Craigslist postings. That way, even if they are not interested in your property, you can capture them as buyer prospect.
